A practitioner registered to use the Website to provide or facilitate Services.
Student
An individual who receives Services or uses the Website to receive or pay for Services.
Early Bird Platform
The online platform for coaching and services provided by Early Bird.
User / You
The individual accessing or using the Website.
Robin
The Early Bird platform AI assistant that provides organizational assistance, drafting support, and informational responses.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for:

Experts are independent contractors
Early Bird may remove Courses at its discretion
All Expert Packages are non-refundable
Early Bird does not guarantee admission to any university
Payment Terms
If you purchase Services through the Website:
You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
Payment information may be stored to process transactions
Failure to pay may result in termination of Services
Refunds are not guaranteed
